"Inquired on a quote for boat Insurance, to add to current policy... not a new customer, not only was helpful but kept in touch throughout a boater course and completion of that course to ensure the best/ affordable insurance for me best interest and interest in my vessel. Which is a sea worthy vessel, not just for a lake. Thank you for the guidance and for keeping in touch.....To actually save me money and to offer great assistance.!!!"

"That was quick! Yesterday our homeowner's insurance was through another company. Today it's through State Farm, bundled with our auto and umbrella policies. All I had to do was send the dec page to Katie and she took care of the rest in lightning fast time. We now have better coverage at a much lower premium. And we got a discount on the car insurance. It's nice to have an insurance agent in the neighborhood who is like a good neighbor!"

"I moved to the area two years ago from out of state and needed to change insurance. Stumbled across this office and their amazing!! I needed two cars and home insurance and every time I call the service is phenomenal. I have sat down with Katie twice and just gone over my coverages, savings and any liabilities. She was awesome. She listened, answered questions and helped make a complicated topic understandable. Last year a trucker ran into my car and when his insurance was giving me the run around, Halie from this office spent two days fighting to get the claim pushed through so I could get my car fixed. Never have I gotten this level of service from another agent or their office. Highly recommend."
